About coaching

So how does Life Coaching work?

Coaching with me consists of a series of one-to-one sessions lasting 60 minutes each. We can meet once a week, every two weeks or even just once a month depending on your needs.

In the first one or two sessions, we will establish your goals and what you hope to achieve through life coaching. If you aren't clear on your goals yet, that's okay! I will ask you the right questions and actively listen to what you are saying (and not saying) to help you decipher what truly matters to you.

Once you have absolute clarity about what you want to achieve we will develop a personalised plan to achieve it. The coaching process will close the gap between your current and desired state.

At the end of each session, we will agree tasks for you to complete before the next session. By making a commitment you will be focused on the most important tasks to achieve your goals and have someone holding you accountable. Commitment and accountability are some of the most valuable components of the life coaching process and a big reason why people who work with me make more progress than they do working alone.

Invest in yourself

Many of us find ourselves facing the complex challenges of finding happiness and fulfilment in the maze of modern life. It may be that life is going fine and on the surface nothing seems wrong but we find ourselves with a nagging feeling that there’s a gap between where we are and where we could potentially be.  Life coaching can help you examine all domains of your life and go beyond the daily muddle of errands and thoughts to pursue your dreams with all your might.
